Design Concept

Located in Dulan, Taitung, this project draws inspiration from the indigenous Amis culture and the vastness of the starry sky and ocean. Taking advantage of the sloped terrain and expansive sea views, the design integrates native vegetation and locally sourced stone, preserving the site’s natural textures and topography. The result is a healing space that embodies both indigenous heritage and the raw beauty of nature. Visitors are invited to relax under the sun, immersed in blue seas and lush greenery, while experiencing the spirit of Dulan’s landscape and the deep cultural ties of Taiwan’s seven major indigenous groups.
