Coastal Resort Development in Melaka Located in the heart of Melaka’s “Bay of Lights,” this 9.6-hectare mixed-use waterfront development blends retail, a five-star resort hotel, and serviced apartments into a tropical coastal setting. The design emphasizes walkability and open space, with a ground-level commercial promenade linking main entrances and activating the pedestrian realm. Terraces, lounges, and landscaped decks are interwoven to create a multi-layered green experience. Buildings are arranged in a fan-shaped layout with stepped setbacks, offering sea views from every unit. At the center, a resort-style pool and public plaza serve as key visual anchors and social gathering spaces for residents and visitors alike.
