Located on reclaimed seafront land in Malacca, this landmark development features six high-rise serviced residences, a five-star hotel, a shopping mall, and a lively retail promenade with shops and restaurants. Rooted in the vision of “Coexistence of Ocean and Culture,” the design blends natural seascapes with local heritage to create a distinctive coastal lifestyle.
A strategic triangular layout ensures that every residence enjoys unobstructed sea views, enhancing harmony with the shoreline. Sustainability is embedded throughout, with eco-friendly materials and energy-saving systems elevating both environmental care and quality of life.
This project offers more than upscale living — it becomes a cultural and ecological bridge, shaping the future of Malacca’s waterfront identity.
