Mediterranean-Inspired Wellness Community for a Post-Pandemic Era Located along the riverfront in Vũng Tàu, Vietnam, this master-planned community centers on health, leisure, and sustainability. Drawing inspiration from Mediterranean regions—Spain, Southern France, Monaco, and Italy—the design creates a rich, resort-like urban atmosphere. A riverside greenbelt offers ecological benefits including flood retention and air filtration, helping regulate the microclimate and support green governance. At the core, a central park with a semi-outdoor clubhouse fosters social connection. Linked amenities such as an infinity pool, riverside jogging trails, and multi-use sports spaces promote a balanced lifestyle—active yet restorative—reflecting the post-pandemic shift toward nature, wellness, and community living.
