Design Concept

As Hsinchu is a significant hub for high-tech industries in Taiwan, the Xiangshan Industrial Park naturally attracts businesses within the high-tech sector. Therefore, incorporating ESG-related themes into the design process and providing essential conditions for a healthy building to meet ESG standards have become the primary guiding principles for the project.
The design features a semi-outdoor space at the entrance that promotes breathing room, facilitates sharing and interaction, and fosters a dynamic work environment. This area is closely connected to the outdoor courtyard, ensuring that the Xiangshan project stands out among the various industrial parks in Hsinchu Science Park.
